- 09The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the Youth First Marathon Delhi 2026. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/discounts/goodies/race day tee etc. That is offered, directly or indirectly, by the Promoter/Event Sponsor/Partner. Kindly Note T Shirt will only be provided to runners of 21km and 10km marathons and No T Shirt Will be Provided to Runners of 5km and 3km Marathon, However goody bag will be provided to all runners of 21km, 10km, 5km, 3km

- 14All Foreign Nationals need to mandatorily submit their their passport number and details. The system will authenticate the applicant’s full name, date of birth, gender and nationality to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate entries. Please ensure to that you add the same nationality as mentioned on their passport to avoid any discrepancies in the records.

- 20Once your entry is received, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 20th November 2026 An amount of ₹ 200 will be deducted as processing charges. Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post-30th November 2026.

- 22Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 20th November 2026. An amount of ₹200 will be deducted as processing charges. - 25Yes, all finishers of the Half Marathon/10K race categories will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of finishers will be available for download from post 21 working days from race day.
- 26The 5 KM is a participative, fun run. Being a non-timed category, finish timings of participants will not be captured; timing certificates will not be issued for this category. All finishers of the 5KM Run race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). Participation certificates of 5KM run participants will be available for download from post 7 working days from race day.

While timing certificates will not be provided, all finishers of the 3KM Run race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners) and participation certificates of 3KM run participants will be available for download from post 7 working days from race day.

- 34● In order to collect a running number bib from the Expo Venue - TO BE ANNOUNCED ) ● All confirmed participants for the Half Marathon and 10K must collect their own bibs in person from the Expo to ensure accurate bib assignment. This measure is essential to confirm that only the officially registered participant runs on race day, thereby avoiding any risk of disqualification. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents in order to collect his/her number bib: Application confirmation Govt. approved photo ID proof ● In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the race categories can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, that a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection: Application confirmation Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative ● Group Bibs Collection: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group will be handed over at one go of 5KM, and 3KM race categories. The Representative’s need to carry the following documents for collection of number bibs: Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
- 35Group Bibs Collection: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group will be handed over at one go of Great Delhi Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions with Disability race categories. The Representative’s need to carry the following documents for collection of number bibs: Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

- 38Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application. Incomplete form submitted. Waiver & consent not signed. The applicant is underage for the race chosen. Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft submitted. More than one application received from the same applicant for an on-ground event. Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee. Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid. Running places are full. Any other reason.

- 40Only Half marathon and 10K confirmed participants will receive a race day t-shirt, at the Bib Collection Center within the Big FM 92.7 Get Active Expo. We will try our best to accommodate the tee size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size tee will be offered. Any requests for change in sizes/colour will not be entertained. Please note no race day tee will be couriered to anyone pre or post the event. Confirmed participants of 5KM/3KM/ will not receive any Race day t-shirt from our end.
- 41No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs. All confirmed participants for the Half Marathon and 10K must collect their own bibs in person from the Expo to ensure accurate bib assignment. This measure is essential to confirm that only the officially registered participant runs on race day, thereby avoiding any risk of disqualification.
- 42No, it cannot be transferred to somebody else. Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2026. Further,Global Center For Social Dynamics Research reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation. IMPORTANT: All running bibs have a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant, including photographs, submitted by them while registering. All running bibs will be scanned at the entrances of the event venue. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, or where the photograph submitted along with the form does not match with the person wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list shared with the group POC and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Global Center For Social Dynamic Research will also blacklist the group from participating in the next edition if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.
